welcome to
the collective

At The Collective Aesthetics & Wellness, we believe beauty, wellness, and confidence are deeply connected. Our brand was built on the idea of walking with women through every season of life - through thick or thin.
What began as two nurses with a shared vision became a space where science, artistry, and whole-body wellness meet. We created The Collective to feel different: elevated yet welcoming, luxurious yet deeply personal. A place where patients are seen beyond surface-level beauty and cared for as a whole person.
Through advanced aesthetic treatments, wellness therapies, hormone optimization, and intentional care, our mission is to help every client feel empowered, confident, and aligned from the inside out. We believe true confidence is not about changing who you are — it's about supporting you through every chapter while helping you become the most radiant version of yourself.
Through thick or thin, we are here for it all.

OUr STORY

Our story began long before this space ever existed.
What started as a friendship eventually grew into a shared vision built on trust, loyalty, and a passion for helping others feel their best. Before entering healthcare, we formed a friendship that would carry us through every season of life. Later, after obtaining our nursing licenses, we found ourselves working side by side again in Med Surg and ICU — experiences that strengthened not only our clinical knowledge, but also our purpose.
Through the years, we experienced life together in all its highs and lows — the milestones, challenges, growth, and everything in between. We always said we would stick together through thick and thin, and that became the foundation of everything we built.
As nurses, we saw firsthand how deeply confidence, wellness, and self-worth are connected. We wanted to create something different from the typical medical or aesthetic experience — a space where women could feel welcomed, comfortable, supported, and genuinely cared for.
From that vision, our aesthetics and wellness spa was born.
Built on friendship, compassion, and years of medical experience, our mission is to help every client feel like the most confident, radiant, and authentic version of themselves. We believe beauty is not about changing who you are — it’s about enhancing what already makes you beautiful and helping you feel your best from the inside out.
Whether someone comes to us for self-care, rejuvenation, wellness, or confidence, we want every person who walks through our doors to feel uplifted, empowered, and at home.
What began as a friendship became a dream — and that dream became a community rooted in connection, trust, and the belief that every woman deserves to feel her very best, through thick and thin.

Shea Tankersley Wimpey is a registered nurse, aesthetic injector, and co-founder whose approach to aesthetics and wellness is deeply rooted in advanced medical experience, compassionate care, and a passion for helping others feel confident in their own skin.

Before entering aesthetic medicine, Shea built a strong clinical foundation working as an ICU nurse, emergency room nurse, and home health nurse, caring for patients across some of healthcare’s most critical and vulnerable moments. These experiences shaped her meticulous attention to detail, clinical precision, and calm, patient-centered approach that now defines her work in aesthetic medicine.

After years in traditional healthcare, Shea felt called to create a different kind of healing environment — one focused not only on treating illness, but on restoring confidence, promoting wellness, and empowering women to feel like the most authentic version of themselves. Alongside her best friend and fellow nurse, she co-founded a modern aesthetics and wellness space designed to blend medical expertise with elevated
self-care.

Known for her warm presence and artistic eye, Shea specializes in natural, balanced results that enhance rather than alter. She believes aesthetic treatments should support confidence while honoring individuality, and she takes pride in developing personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s goals, lifestyle, and unique beauty.
Clients appreciate Shea’s ability to combine medical knowledge with genuine connection, creating an experience where safety, education, and comfort are always
 the priority.

Incorporates a combination of Swedish massage, deep tissue, neuromuscular, and myofascial release. It is most beneficial to release muscle tension and pain, but also to promote relaxation and relieve chronic stress. Adding medical grade essential oils can further enhance your experience.

A powerful, non-invasive therapy for assisting the body in correcting defects in the spine by utilizing certain key essential oils chosen for their medical and anti-inflammatory benefits. These include helping to relieve pain from many types of spinal misalignments such as scoliosis, sciatica, and chronic back pain. Due to the various constituents in medical essential oils they can also be used to aid in digestive and respiratory ailments and other health issues.  The application of essential oils must only be administered by a certified Essential Oil Therapist as certain oils may be contra indicated for specific people. Your therapist first will conduct a brief medical intake and discuss with you your specific concerns and health goals. The treatment entails the application of 7-10 pure quality organic essential oils chosen for your specific needs, which will be applied to the reflex points of your feet, and then along the back. Your feet and back will be wrapped in hot towels to allow the oils to penetrate into the skin. A foot and back massage will follow to further assist in your healing process.

A technique used to move congested fluid in the body that has built up through a sedentary life style or from removal of lymph nodes during a surgery. While the effects are overall detoxifying for the body as a whole, it is also used after cancer treatments or cosmetic surgeries in which swelling, edema or scar tissue is present. Specific essential oils can be added to further enhance the treatment. While a single treatment to a specific area of the body may be helpful, it is generally recommended to be done in several treatments over a period of weeks or as recommended by your doctor.

A gentle massage to relieve pain and tension during pregnancy. Pillows are used to allow for maximum comfort for the client during the session.

This specialty facial is a soothing treatment to relieve sinus pressure, reduce puffiness around eyes, increase circulation and manage breakouts by reducing clogged lymphatics of the facial sinuses. It includes hot towels, a double cleaning, scrub, mask, toner and moisturizer using natural, organic products.

This therapy uses specific wavelengths of light that are delivered to sites of the body that have injuries. Your therapist will use infrared heated ceramic stones applied to the body to penetrate below the skin layers, providing a much greater depth which is able to effectively provide pain relief. This non- invasive therapy stimulates the regeneration and repair of injured tissues, reducing pain and inflammation. Conditions that can be treated by infrared therapy include joint pain, neck and back pain, general muscle pain, nerve pain, and sports injuries.

The EvexiPEL® Method is a personalized approach to hormone optimization designed to help address the root causes of symptoms rather than simply masking them. Through comprehensive lab evaluation, nutritional assessment, and individualized hormone balancing, this method focuses on restoring the body from the inside out.
Hormones and nutrient levels work together closely. When the body is deficient in key vitamins, minerals, or hormones, patients may begin experiencing symptoms such as fatigue, weight gain, brain fog, mood changes, poor sleep, low libido, hair thinning, inflammation, anxiety, difficulty building muscle, and overall decline in quality of life.
Using bioidentical hormone pellet therapy along with targeted nutritional support, the EvexiPEL® Method aims to optimize hormone levels while identifying underlying imbalances that may be contributing to symptoms. Areas commonly evaluated may include thyroid health, adrenal function, iron and ferritin levels, vitamin deficiencies, inflammation, gut health, insulin resistance, and metabolic wellness.
Pellet therapy delivers a consistent, steady release of bioidentical hormones designed to mimic the body’s natural physiology more closely than traditional fluctuating methods. Combined with lifestyle modifications, nutraceutical support, and functional wellness strategies, treatment plans are tailored specifically to each patient’s needs and goals.
Our philosophy is centered around prevention, longevity, energy optimization, and helping patients feel like themselves again — not just “normal,” but truly thriving.

Hormone Therapy with Pellets:  Our female hormone pellets are $425, and our male hormone pellets are $800.

"Professional & Knowledgeable"

"The whole experience was worth it. They are very professional and knowledgeable. The front staff was so nice and made me feel very welcomed. I saw Shea and she was life changing. I told her what I was concerned with and she just knew what I was needing. She went over everything with me ahead of time and she showed me step by step the difference and it was huge. I felt very comfortable with her. She really knows the worries of women my age. I'm glad I went and I highly recommend her and the spa."

"Shea and Cayla are amazing!"

"They make you feel like you are part of their family. 10/10 recommend any service they offer!"

"Life-changing care"

"Truly life-changing care! Living with fibromyalgia and chronic pain for decades, I’d almost given up on IV therapy after being bruised at other places. Then I found The Collective at Willow Creek Falls, and everything changed. After my NAD+ IV series, my sleep scores jumped 10–20 points, my sleeping heart rate dropped 10 bpm, and my brain fog lifted. Shea is a miracle worker with my tricky veins, and the whole staff treats you like family while making sure you’re completely comfortable. If you want real results and real Southern hospitality, this is the place."

"Welcoming and very thorough"

"I had such a great experience at my first filler appointment! From the moment I walked in, Shea and the staff were welcoming and very thorough, taking time to explain what to expect during the process, the results, and aftercare. She never rushed and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. I appreciated how patient and knowledgeable she was, answering all my questions and explaining each step. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about their clients, I highly recommend Shea. I’m so happy with my results! ✨"
